Refund policy


Return:
We hope you love your NINAHOLLEIN piece and will keep it in your closet for the longest time! If you don't, we're happy to process a new order or issue a refund.

We do not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, altered or washed. Custom orders and personalized orders and all final sale items are not eligible for returns. Items that are eligible for returns must be full-priced, in brand new and unworn condition with all original tags still attached, returned within 14 days upon receiving your order.

All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be supplied or refunded .

The package remains the customer’s shipping responsibility until it arrives with us.

The refund will be applied to the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please be aware that some banks will often take up to 2 billing periods before refunds will appear on your credit card statement. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

International customs duties are not refunded for shipments outside the USA.

Exchange:
Since most of our items are unique, handmade pieces, we’re not able to offer an exchange on returned items. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by us. Feel free to place a new order anytime.
